Writer/Editor:  Carol has written for a wide range of clients with a particular focus in health and social policy.  She has a deep understanding of the writing and publication process and significant experience in producing a wide range of publications including magazines, newsletters and reports. Her clients have included: NSW Department of Health, The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, HCOA (now Affinity Health), Radio Rentals and the NSW Police Department.

Information Specialist: Carol’s early career was hallmarked by her ability to take technical information and find engaging ways to disseminate this information in simple community language.  She has worked for a diverse group of organisations including the National Parks and Wildlife Foundation and Addiction Research Foundation. In these positions she has produced content for a wide range of innovative print and audiovisual materials.

Educator/Coordinator:  Carol’s role as an information specialist subsequently led her to a range of community education roles.  She was responsible for initiating high profile campaigns including launches involving the Princess of Wales, Hazel Hawke and Sigrid Thornton.  More recently, she has taught creative writing at both University and College level.  Carol was awarded the Lady Derham scholarship at Royal Children’s Hospital in recognition of her achievements.
